• Be enrolled in Grade 10 or Grade 12 (ISC/CBSE/ICSE)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Use a valid email address
• Create a secure password (minimum 6 characters)
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Share account credentials with others

5. Services and Subscriptions

5.1 Service Description

Peak Test Series provides:

• Online test series for Grade 10 and Grade 12 students
• Subject-wise test papers (5 tests per subject)
• Time-bound test environment (3 hours per test)
• PDF access to test questions
• Answer submission and evaluation system
• Performance feedback and results

5.2 Pricing and Payment

• Each subject costs ₹15,000 (separate payment required)
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Applicable taxes will be added to the final amount

5.3 Refund Policy

6. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on Peak Test Series, including but not limited to:

• Test questions and answer keys
• Study materials and resources
• Images, logos, and graphics
• Software and platform code

6.2 Permitted Use

You may:

• Access and use content for personal educational purposes only
• Download test papers for offline solving during test time
• Submit your answers through our platform

6.3 Prohibited Activities

7. Test Rules and Guidelines

7.1 Test Access

• Each test is available for 3 hours from the time you open it
• Timer starts automatically when you access the test
• Tests cannot be paused or extended (except technical issues)
• Test papers are watermarked with your name and email

7.2 Answer Submission

• Submit answers before the 3-hour time limit expires
• Accepted formats: PDF, Word, JPG, PNG
• Maximum file size: 50 MB
• Late submissions are not accepted

7.3 Evaluation and Results

• Tests are evaluated by qualified instructors
• Results are typically available within 5-7 business days
• You will receive marks, percentage, grade, and detailed feedback
• Re-evaluation requests must be made within 7 days of result publication

8. Academic Integrity

We expect all students to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. You agree to:

• Complete tests independently without external help
• Not use unfair means or cheat during tests
• Not collaborate with others during test time
• Not use AI tools or online search for answers during tests

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9.2 Educational Results

• We provide practice tests but cannot guarantee academic success
• Results depend on individual effort and preparation
• Our platform is supplementary to formal education

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Peak Test Series is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Upload malicious files or viruses
• Attempt to hack or breach our security
• Engage in any fraudulent activities
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Peak Test Series is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in that policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
